"The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! After a long day of traveling, we decided to valet park and it was worth it rather than finding another parking garage and knowing it was safe in their hands we kept our bigger luggage in the car. They allowed us to remain parking there when we checked out the next morning and enjoy the museum! "

"Wanted to stay near our sons Hostel for move in day at Vic Uni. This place was around the corner. A little complicated to move through if you're parking a car and staying in the other tower. Convienent and clean. Just pricey for what it was."

"Parking was easy with a smaller car, staff were friendly and very helpful, I had noted mobility issues in a message with the hotel and whether it was coincidence or not we had an accessible bathroom which was much appreciated. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel however after speaking with other guests in the lift they said it was delicious and the coffee + croissant for $5.00 was great value. Great venue close to the St James Theater "
