"The unit was great for our family and everything was so easy to access. Tim was incredibly helpful and informative. The rooms were perfect and the kitchen was set up nicely for us as a family that enjoys cooking. The washer and dryer were a godsend as a large family and being able to pop out to the beach with such ease was priceless. There were great little pamphlets available and parking was a breeze- the TV was also set up for us and the internet was some of the best we have used during our last two months in QLD. We look forward to staying again and seeing the renovated rooms once they are completed!"

"stayed at the hotel a few tumes..nice apartment with everything you needed..great comfy beds..had a issue with the microwave but was replaced with a another one ..friendly staff"

"I had a terrific stay! Check in was easy and my room was available early. My room was renovated and spacious. The pool area was great and well maintained. I was able to get a slightly later check out and the hotel were happy to store my bags till I needed to head to the airport. Location is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again! *Please note that housekeeping is only available if you stay 8 days or more and you are advised to get rid of your own rubbish and put dishes in the dishwasher before you leave to avoid extra cleaning charges. This part felt more like an airbnb than a hotel to me."
