"It wasn't the classiest place, but I didn't hate it. We had the 2nd floor end room above the office. Big room, awkward layout, could have used a sofa. Small thin towels, thin windows, rough parking situation when its busy, make sure you bring your small car because the spaces are very narrow to try to cram as many cars in as possible. No a/c but fans are available in the office and you can open the windows to get a breeze going. First day it was 77 and we were feeling pretty warm in the room with the afternoon sun beating down on it. 2nd day it was 70 and it was perfectly comfortable with the windows open. The grounds were clean and well marked. There were trash cans available in the parking lot and other locations which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a minor annoyance that my key cards stopped working the second day, but the staff was very apologetic and fixed it right away. There was a semi private balcony that is apparently specifically reserved for the room we were in which was a really nice place to sit and watch the sunset. The bed wasn't uncomfortable per say, but it sure was springy. Good water pressure, good hot water in the shower. It was clean and well maintained, but dated. Excellent location, mostly. It's a block over from the main road down to the pier. Tons of traffic all day long. As soon as a street parking space is vacated, it gets filled up again. Its also very loud with all of the attention seekers loud cars/bikes."
