"The room, staff and parking was exceptional. The lunch time meal deal was brilliant but the menu at night doesn’t compare with dining options in the CBD which is only a short walk away. Location was magnificent close to Woolworths and petrol. Definitely returning."

"This hotel was perfect for my work trip to Akl. It had blinds that blocked all light, a super comfy bed, great shower, and was really quiet - these are my must haves for work travel. It’s was spacious, each bedroom had its own bathroom and one bedroom was in its own mini suite with separate entrance. The beds were comfortable and the location is right downtown within easy walk to everything including restaurants, shopping, Sky Tower, University etc. "

"What a delightful find - so close to the heart of the CBD/marina but tucked away in a peaceful oasis. Staff were really helpful and friendly and my breakfast was so good - not a buffet but a lovely selection off an individual menu. We didn’t use the gym or the swimming pool but did walk around the communal garden - delightful! This hotel has the right amount of quirky vs comfort and the secure parking a great asset. "
