"I don't usually write negative reviews but I had to with this hostel. First off, the staff were great, no complaints there. I never stayed in the dorm area as they were all booked so no comment there. I had a loft style room. The stairs up to it were very steep. I can see someone falling on the way down if they've had a few too many. One of the steps was very rotted out and felt like it may give way any day. I get we are in a somewhat remote area of Palawan but the power and wifi kept...

"The room was good, clean, had everything you need. It’s very difficult to get to due to road conditions. No ones fault obviously but would have been good to know. The place is in a very noisy area, so many roosters so bring good earplugs. The beach is filthy and you cannot swim there. Would not recommend going there "

"This was absolute disaster as we couldnt get there by car and we ended up in the middle of nowhere still waiting for a refund as we had to sleep in our car and never did get to the place wasnt accesble by car at all wouldnt ever recomend thos place should be taken off Expedia as this is a tottal trap !!!!! Our second night on arriving back to our ro ww discovered our room infested with large flying ants that had come through a cieling vent. "Staff and the view was good but this place is in remote area only access to the hotel is by hotel truck. This place is fair away from city or beaches with no access to transport and the hotel’s transportation is very expensive with time limitations because after 10pm They close then no support or answer by phone. we get for our check in by 10:40pm it was miserable no answer by phone, instructions or support we was stopped by armed guards in the middle of hill with heavy luggages. Really bad...

"Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. "
