"No breakfast offerings during our stay. Coffee was available. There were two restaurants in the downtown area for breakfast. We stayed in the old inn portion of the hotel. Temperatures varied during our stay. The only air conditioning was a window unit which was noisy! The heating was spotty. The bathroom never warmed up. If i stayed again I’d opt for the newer section of the hotel. "

"There was a good assortment of breakfast items. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable and was a great place for our large group to congregate for breakfast and in the evenings after dinner. Very happy with our stay here. Would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express due to its location near Lexington Battle Green for Patriots Weekend. Check in was very easy. Room was very clean. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the dispensers in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. And very conveniently located to I95. I plan on staying there next year for Patriots Weekend!"

"Managrment level staffs were very confrontational and extremely rude. Never apologetic to not cleaned our room for 5 days. Tried to lie and put the blame on customers. I left there before checkout date. It was the most terrible experience I ever had. They were adamant about not giving us fresh towels and clean room despite the fact that we requested it. They said we put do not disturb sign on, but we never touched it. We never put it out."

"We were there on a busy weekend and unfortunately the bar/restaurant was closed on a Saturday evening. The free breakfast was good, but the staff could not keep up on replacement of food items, napkins, plates, cups, etc. The workout room was large and had good equipment, but the equipment could use some cleaning. Be aware that the handicapped room has a smaller sized bed (double). The room was clean however it smelled like a combination of pot and dirty gym socks."

"I gave this a bad rating due to staff going into the room after the door hanger on the door stated not to enter. Found two cribs in our room when we got back to the hotel, we did not travel with children nor did we request cribs to be put into our room. Spoke to the front desk and the gentleman that was there didn’t not care that someone had entered our room with out our knowledge. Pretty much said it can happen and there is nothing they can do about it. Pretty upsetting that when a door hanger...

"Hated this room. The hotel itself was fine, helpful staff, nice breakfast included, free parking. Location right off 95. The little snacks area was poorly stocked and very expensive but any port in a storm for that. The restaurant looked good and is attached, although we did not eat there it was very convenient. BUT here come the buts. What I really want from a hotel is a clean room, a comfortable bed and a good shower. The bathroom was not so clean, not terrible, but not great. More...

"Breakfast was amazing! Very crowded with folks in for The Boston Marathon. In spite of crowds, food fresh and plentiful. We had an amazing large suite which was soooo nice after spending 6 hours driving from Philly, then watching the Red Sox play and then visiting the Cheers bar! Wonderful night, comfortable bed, professional and friendly front desk staff. We will definitely be back!"

"Clean comfortable room that is fully stocked. Full kitchen with dishes, full size refrigerator, and Dana at the front desk is always greatly helpful with the surrounding area. We always choose Crescent Suites when visit Boston"

"The hotel looks new and is clean. The staff are warm and friendly, the price represents a good value. There’s a gym and pool on site. The on-site restaurant is disappointing even by hotel standards. My main complaint is that housekeeping cleaned my room only three times during my five-day stay. Very disappointed in that. I see the housecleaning service as essential so I have rated my experience as merely okay overall."
