"Convenient location to the waterfront and Pioneer Square for tours. The underground parking transportation station is directly across the street. The block next to the hotel has a constant homeless population and the police and firefighters visit on calls several times a day. We live in a downtown neighborhood in another city so we’re used to it. Others may be uncomfortable. The lobby bar is top notch and so is the decor and service. Highly recommend this place."
