"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

"This is small, cute hotel in a convenient neighborhood location. It is not staffed at night. They communicated well regarding after-hours access. My ONLY complaint is the use of silly, 5-button wall timers for EVERY light switch. I walked into a dark room and could not figure out the three wall devices next to the door. (5-button timer for the overhead light, a thermostat that should be located elsewhere, and some other wall timer. The lights in the room went off as I was taking a shower...

"Very nice place to stay. Very close to Lumen Field and T Mobile Park. Staff was great, place was clean and convenient to attractions (short Uber ride). "

"The hotel was in disrepair. Outdoor trash cans overflowing. Dirty concrete and steps outside. Room was dirty. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom, chipped sink and counter. Loose bathroom tiles. It was overall very old and worn out. One outlet socket cover was melted and burned. Parking lot was unkept. Trash in garden areas. Weeds growing through concrete. Abandoned parking attendant booths in disrepair. The old pool door was open and was being used for storage of old furniture, an entire empty...
