"Beautiful hotel in the rainforest."

"Absolutely stunning hotel in a prime location on longset beach. However what makes this hotel outstanding is its wonderful staff. Everyone from the room attendants to the waiting staff make you feel like a VIP , always with a smile on their face. We had a pool view room with a huge bed which was cleaned daily. We ate 2 nights in the hotel and both meals were delicious and very reasonably priced ( highly recommend having the bbq) If you can get into this hotel, don’t hesitate to book. We will be returning next year. Don’t forget to bring some deet! This is a tropical island so you will get bitten."

"Totally relaxing resort. The scene is set when you walk along the beach to the hotel, from the Pagoda Ferry. From then on, no shoes required - flip-flops at most! Food great quality; staff were lovely; great upkeep of the grounds - and that beach and sea water were awesome! Accommodation is fairly functional; but everything you need is there. Good happy-hour between 5 and 7pm. If you need a change of scene, the You&Me beach bar happy hour (one minute walk along the sand) starts at 4.30pm!"

"This was a perfect island get away. The staff was exceptional. The owners were involved. More like a family affair with a wonderful community feel. Over the Holidays they organized games in the restaurant to include everyone (I was solo and never felt left out). I even had a medical issue and the owner and a local pulled me aside and gave me some excellent and very timely information that saved me from some real problems. I extended my stay even longer, which was lucky as they were booked out all the other days."
