Hotel berdekatan Pantai Lido Adriano

"The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for...

"This place was great! A little apartment with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff were amazing. This is in the suburbs of Ravenna, not too many speak English other than the hotel staff but it’s so amazing and not touristy. We are going to go back!"

"El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. El baño estaba sucio, con manchas de hongo. Se fué el agua en la noche y no tenían cisterna. Cuando llamé a recepción solo ofrecieron botellas de agua y que me bañara por la mañana. Eso fué lo desagradable, por lo demás es un hotel muy céntrico y se puede hacer todo caminando."

"Everything was wonderful. We got in late and the lady brought tea up for us while we made our way to our room. She was incredibly sweet."

"Nice thermal pool. Maybe extend the time for guest. Only two times available for guest. Some amenities closed. Staff was very helpful and very friendly."

"Albergo Cappello exceeded every single expectation from quiet and understated beauty to historical significance and very friendly staff. Wonderfully located in a lovely piazza with riatorantes close by the hotel. Comfortable beds and a charming breakfast. We would definitely come stay again."

"Location is great for cruising out of Ravenna, just okay from me."

"Excellent!"

"Wonderful place to stay for a truly amazing experience! The owners went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had a truly amazing time."

"Very medium-level hotel. Reception person was rude and unhelpful."

"Overcharged for breakfast and add ons...16 euros each for pastry and coffee breakfast, 8 euros each for water, 29 euros for 1/2 litre of wine, booked and paid thru Expedia and at checkout demanded another 125 Euros difference. Apparently could not understand even when I used Google translate. Contacted Expedia after to try and resolve problem, hotel said they had given me a complimentary "upgrade" and had neglected to take it off my bill and could not refund to the card I paid with but would...

"The people working here are very gracious and helpful. Nice quiet hotel. Very handicap accessible. Nice breakfast in morning. You can get Hot coffee or tea and some cold drinks all day and night."

"We truly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous property with spacious rooms. Elegant living room and nice patio garden. Great location in center of the old city district."

"All over just great"

"Breakfast was from 7:30 am to 10. It was fine if you got there early. On our 2nd morning we went at 9am. They do not replenish the buffet. There were no eggs, no fruit and very little bread left. We asked for more and were told 'that's it'. NOT IMPRESSED!"
