"AC wasn’t working - sent maintenance who said ac was working just needed time (he used his temperature tool to show the vent air was cool (62). I travel with a thermometer (to know temp when thermostat just has high/low settings). The room showed 75 - and was 75 when we woke…. So I guess his tool is broken!"

"Wonderful view of the beach, literally right in front of you. Lovely kitchen, I hadn't planned on cooking but did so instead. Tamura's is only a short drive to the north (a friendly country supermarket) and food trucks about a mile south from us so accessibility is not an issue. The 24/7 security in the property makes the guest have peace of mind avout safety. Katie, our host was very communicative early. She was responsive to any inquiries or concerns. We actually left one of pur laptop bags...

"Our room was adequate, though not impressive. The common areas of the hotel always seemed to be without air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable. The ease with which you could rent beach chairs, surf boards, etc. was a great amenity. The pool area was a highlight and probably one of the better ones in the Waikiki Beach area."

So many activities included within the hotel stay free hula classes free lei making classes with aunty she is so sweet and has so many wonderful stories….4x back at the hotel because of all the amenities and will definitely be back for a 5th stay"
