"Highly recommendable. Everything I need was there and it was clean everywhere though I stayed a room without bath, toilet and kitchen. Calm area but easy to go other town such as Port Louis or Curepipe etc,. Train station, boulangerie(napolitaine available!), briyani shop(tooo much for a single touirst!), convenience store nearby. "The room was very clean, decent amenities including a bar service, coffee, tea. The Air conditioning worked perfectly. However the toilet bowl could be better sanitized with disinfectant, some towels were still damp but enough were provided including for the beach. The food was fair with a good breakfast buffet. Beach access and amenities were excellent. The staff were helpful but there were many trainees and few seasoned staff. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. The promised bottle of wine per night never materialized."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they kindly allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. They also looked after our luggage after check-out so we could collect it later. The buffet dinner was slightly expensive, and there aren’t many restaurants nearby. However, I would highly recommend Ananta Café and Art Gallery, which is close to the hotel. They serve really nice homemade cakes, and the staff are very friendly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel."

"We recently stayed at Victoria Beachcomber as an Indian family with kids, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is amazing—massive, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning location. The sunset views from the resort are simply breathtaking and were one of the highlights of our stay. We stayed in a ground-floor double room, which was very comfortable and offered lovely views with easy access to the beach, making it especially convenient for families. As vegetarians, we initially found the buffet options somewhat limited. However, Chef Iqbal went above and beyond to take special care of us throughout our stay. Every day, he lovingly prepared delicious Indian curries and fresh rotis, ensuring that we always had a satisfying meal. His hospitality and personal attention truly made a difference. The Kids Club was another standout feature. Our 8-year-old thoroughly enjoyed the games and activities organized by the team. The staff took excellent care of the children, keeping them engaged and entertained, which allowed the adults to relax and enjoy the resort. We also loved the complimentary water activities. The glass-bottom boat, paddle boat, and kayak were fantastic additions and added a lot of fun to our holiday. Every evening, the resort organized cultural dance performances showcasing local traditions and dance forms, followed by a DJ night. These events created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere and gave us a glimpse into the local"
