"Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au Ravenala Attitude ! Le personnel est au petit soin, un grand merci à l'ensemble des équipes, et spécialement à Matthieu pour l'accueil, Sheeba et Roxy pour les massages au spa, Avinum qui nous a chouchouté au restaurant O, Kishan "le monsieur à Moustache" qui devancait nos envies de cocktails à la plage, les goûters au Taba-J, les supers repas à la Tavola, Madame Ming et au bistrot, ou encore l'équipe du Kot Nu qui nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse...

"The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise. The service is much better and faster if you have an all inclusive package but is very costly compared to other resorts. It doesn’t have the best beach and is difficult to snorkel. I would...

"Don’t count on transport arrangements being completed correctly. Got to airport and no shuttle transport had been set up even though I had an email confirming arrangements had been made. We had to get a taxi at the airport. Then they tried to charge us for the shuttle. Never even offered a verbal apology:( "

"Great hotel, staff very good and polite and have good communication. Disappointed that a complimentary late check out wasnt available after spending over £2k and staying at the hotel for 8 days. Room card was disabled exactly at 12pm, i had left somrthing in the room when i walked out and couldnt go back in to get it. Quite disappointing to an amazing hotel. Beautiful views across the hotel and great beach. Did not really enjoy the food at the restaurants so chose to order in remaining days....

"Great place, quiet, food options was minimal. But there ate nearby restaurants. Food was really good but many ants during breakfast buffe and on the tables during lunch/dinner. We were confronted by the restaurant manager one morning and askes why we did not like the mauritian buffe the night before. Only one of us had the buffe and it was amazing. So i dont know what happend there."

"We were a family of 3 couples staying in 3 apartments. Overall; high standard of cleaning and hospitality, informative and good reception staff, green and tropical environments, quite surroundings and a decent pool. Downside; no beach directly in front (only rocks), no restaurant or pool bar, for some people its too quite, with only a few options for dining and shopping in the nearby. The staff and management did all they could for making it a nice stay, and that helped a lot."
