Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage mit tollem Strand und klarem Wasser. Das All-Inclusive-Angebot mit Aktivitäten wie Wassersport und Schnorcheln ist ein großes Plus. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das Restaurant Bodrum sowie Pizza und Tiramisu im Beach Rouge. Auch das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gibt es einige deutliche Kritikpunkte: Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und wirken insgesamt abgewohnt – vor allem das Badezimmer braucht dringend ein Update. Zudem wurden wir morgens schon gegen 8 Uhr vom Rasenmäher geweckt. Das Buffetessen war eher durchschnittlich, und die Hygiene ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig (Haare im Essen, unsaubere Cooking-Stationen). Der Service am Strand war sehr langsam, Getränke haben oft lange gedauert. Auch unsere fleckige Bettdecke wurde nicht ausgetauscht. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht – für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay and found it to be the perfect amount of time on an all-inclusive board. The food was a real highlight- there were plenty of great vegetarian options at the buffet as well as across the à la carte restaurants, which made dining varied and enjoyable throughout our stay. We traveled with our 3.5-year-old and had a fantastic time as a family. Our toddler loved the swimming pools and the beach, and we also enjoyed taking the pedalo out a few times. The resort is very family-friendly, with a kids club and lots of activities to keep children entertained. For older kids and teenagers, there are also great options like tennis, table tennis, paddle, and a pool table. The staff truly made the experience special. they were warm, welcoming, and always attentive. The rooms were comfortable and perfectly fine for our stay, though they could benefit from a bit of updating. That said, everything was clean and functional. A fun bonus was the ice cream available from 1-5pm, which is a great treat if you’re on the all-inclusive package! Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially not to adults traveling without children. There were bugs in my room that were not cleaned up by housekeeping. My drinking water was not replaced. I only had one towel changed. Mostly it felt like a factory or an assembly line. Staff seemed to shuffle me from one station to another, with few being actually helpful or interested in my questions. Some of the staff were lovely. But they were sadly overshadowed and outnumbered by staff that were outwardly judgmental. I got side eye and spoken to with an undercurrent of disdain and condescension - all with fake smiles and the appearance of helpfulness. For example, around 4pm I asked someone about getting a boxed lunch for the next day. He literally rolled his eyes and said I missed the window, I needed to book that 24 hours in advance and he couldn’t help me anyway because that was the restaurants job. My first night at dinner a DJ appeared around 8pm, a disco ball came down from the ceiling, and colored spot lights started swirling around. Children - most without a parent in sight - appeared and started yelling with joy and running around. When I inquired about other restaurant options that were maybe more low key, without booming dance music, and fewer wild children, I was told with a laugh, a flip of the hair, and evil eyes… but this is a family resort!! For the price point of this hotel, the lack of customer service was unacceptable.

Poor service. Was on our honeymoon. We arrived to the restaurant for our planned honeymoon dinner and they forgot the arrangements. They finally managed to arrange a table for us facing the pool but we had the disposable foods bins behind us with the staff emptying the dirty plates and clunking the plates making an awful amount of noise. Several times we went to the restaurants during our stay and the staff didn't acknowledge us and helped us with our seats. The foods wasn't great either. Variety of food were poor. We paid a lot of money for this holiday and it wasn't worth it. We expected a high standard of service from a 5 stars hotel. However the hotel itself is very nice and the beach is lovely.

Adult pool, Ansh and Saif were absolutely brilliant and Chef Ramen was absolutely fantastic and did an outstanding job for our friend who had allergies. Spa was beautiful and excellent treatments in particular the massages. Really enjoyed the “wine and clay” experience 10/10. Certain aspects let the resort down and make it not quite 5* in my opinion, service isn’t fantastic and the sun loungers are very basic ( I know petty but these things make a difference). The swimming pool was broken for three days when we arrived. Lunch and dinner menus in the restaurants are virtually the same so is fine for a week but becomes very samey any longer. Gin bar isn’t included in the package and they don’t make that clear. The restaurant Inti is the standard all 5* hotel restaurants should be and the others are really letting the hotel down. Unfortunately if you don’t tip when you arrive you won’t get as good as service as the people who have! That being said the hotel is beautiful and it has all the makings to be 5* just need to get the finer details sorted and it would be incredible!

The stay was mixed overall. The room was acceptable but very basic and did not justify the price. We experienced a strong and unpleasant sewer smell coming from the shower. We reported this twice, but each time the only solution was spraying something down the drain, which did not resolve the issue. The air conditioning was also unreliable, constantly switching on and off. This was reported as well, but again, staff only adjusted the control panel and left without fixing the problem. The furniture in the room was dated and in need of an update, which added to the overall disappointment with the accommodation. On a positive note, the food was very good and consistently enjoyable throughout our stay. The staff were the real highlight of the hotel—exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made a noticeable difference. We booked the hotel transfer, which was pleasant and quick. However, the checkout process was unnecessarily awkward. We were taken into a side room (something I have never experienced before) and had to wait our turn to check out, which felt disorganized. We also had the all-inclusive package, but guests should be aware of hidden charges. Items marked with an asterisk came with an extra cost, which we only learned about at checkout. The issue wasn’t the cost itself, but the principle—all-inclusive should mean all-inclusive, especially as we did not consume any alcohol and expected drinks to be covered. We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived until we left the resort we were pampered so much. This resort was absolutely amazing, and I already want to return. Although it was a splurge, it was completely worth it. From the moment you arrive through the gated entrance, the experience feels luxurious. The staff welcomes you with drinks, explains everything included, and makes you feel immediately taken care of. We chose the all-inclusive option and were so glad we did—it made the entire stay stress-free. The resort has a beautiful private beach with comfortable shaded loungers, and staff regularly offers drinks and food right at your chair. We stayed in a villa, which was stunning, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with a gorgeous bathroom featuring double sinks, a shower, and a tub by the window. The dining was excellent, with multiple restaurants and great variety. One of our travelers is vegan, and the staff—especially one wonderful chef—went above and beyond to accommodate vegan meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There’s also a café on-site where you can enjoy coffee all day, which was a great bonus. The resort offers water sports, entertainment, and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. There’s also a dedicated adults-only area with a pool, beach, and restaurant. At checkout, they even prepared breakfast to-go for us since we were leaving early, which was very thoughtful. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort. The staff, service, and overall experience were outstanding—I would absolutely come back.

Insgesamt habe ich mehr erwartet bzw das Service eines echten 5* Hotels hat uns gefehlt. The details make the difference. Personal: Das Personal war unterschiedlich gut/schlecht. Das Reinigunspersonal war gut. Das Personal am Strand verschwindet um 17.00 Uhr und wenn man Strandtücher sucht, heisst es, man soll sie selbst am Pool holen. Nur blöd, dass ab ca 17 Uhr auch beim Pool niemand mehr auffindbar ist. Das Personal am Boathaus arbeitet bis 13 Uhr (nachher keine Pedolinos/Kayaks) mit der Ausrede, dass es nachher low tide gibt, was garantiert nicht stimmt. Check in/check out: Sie versuchen es ein personal-experience zu machen und dass man sich willkommen fühlt. Es nimmt am Schluss einfach zuuuu viel Zeit. Beides. Unser Check out hat 35Min wegen Wartezeit und Inkompetenz gedauert.

Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Urlaub im Lux Grand Gaube. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Adultbereich, herrlicher Ausblick in die Lagune und nicht weit zum Adultbeach. Leider ist der Adultpool in dieser Area nur ca. 50 cm tief. Das Personal war flächendeckend sehr nett und höflich, daher auch noch der Dank an Elena, Ansh, Saif, Veer, Ricardo, Dookhun, Manav, Jason, Durgesh, Amit und Yavesh, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllen könnten. Das Essen in den verschiedenen Restaurants war hervorragend, Sonderwünsche konnten immer erfüllt werden. Frühstücksbuffet und Dinner im Hauptrestaurant war ebenfalls sehr gut, empfehlenswert sind auch die Hamburger zum Lunch im Adultbereich. Empfehlung, buchen Sie das Lux nur mit dem All-in Paket, Speisen und Getränke sind sehr hochpreisig! Wir werden dieses Hotel auf alle Fälle nochmals buchen!

The room was excellent — spacious, beautifully done, with a massive and very comfortable double bed, a lovely balcony, large TVs, and a really nice modern shower. Everything felt well thought out and high quality. The hotel itself is superb. There’s genuinely a lot to do: tennis courts, kids’ club, adult activities, a cinema room, and plenty of space to relax. The beach is absolutely beautiful — calm, clean water and perfect for swimming and relaxing. It’s one of the highlights of the resort. What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, warm, and genuinely keen to make sure you have a great stay. They consistently went out of their way to help, whether it was the restaurant teams, housekeeping, gardeners — everyone. A special mention to the team at the Blue Bodrum restaurant, particularly Jason, Dergesh, Sita, Lucy, and Vina, who were outstanding and made our meals feel extra special. Overall, this is a very high-quality hotel that deserves its strong reputation. A wonderful holiday, fantastic service, and a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended.
