"The woman that works as a security in the pool area has a very bad temper and her language with clients is awful, she didnt care about our opinions was terrible the experience with her....unfortunately that was a very bad experience in that beautiful hotel, everybody else were amazing .Her name is Pam and we talked about her behavior toward us with the front desk girl, I really hope anybody has to deal with her angry character ever."

"Our stay was wonderful! Our rooms were new and large. Check in was quick and easy and we were even able to check in early. The pool was clean and fun. The Tiki Bar was a good time. The hotel is in a perfect location- so walkable to the beach and the restaurants and bars nearby. Plus free parking, right by your room! Great stay, definitely recommend. "

"Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. There’s a laundry area that’s always handy. The pool is fantastic. Flippers has the best burgers. The bay is usually full of dolphins and sting rays, this summer we even saw manatees.
