"The staff is very rude and was not helpful. They stated since we made the reservation on Expedia, we received a discount. Additionally the AC in the room started to leak and requested another room. The staff gave us a difficult time. Our original room did not even have a clothing iron. Additionally the internet gave issues and when ask the staff was not helpful and rude. I would not recommend this is hotel at all. This hotel was was downside of my vacation. "

"The view from the balcony was beautiful. The property is old and unkept. I was afraid to lay on the bed. Bugs everywhere and the shower didn’t drain. Would not recommend."

"The Property Need lots of Repairs, Their are broken tiles on floors, broken glass table in room, the gas Stove is rusted and burners are burnt out ,bathroom facet not right for that sink, when turned on it is sprays over the Floor and the shower head sprays incorrectly. The entrance doors and patio doors need adjusted, There are mold on entrance floors and walls, there are repairs needed on the whole property!"

"The hotel was too far from Montego Bay, a vehicle suppose to pick you up from the airport and it wasn’t one, A vehicle supposed to take you to the airport from the hotel and it wasn’t one. So please be careful booking this hotel."

"The hotel has an amazing seaside location with beautiful views, which is definitely its strongest feature. It’s also conveniently located near Dunn’s River Falls and Blue Hole, making it easy to explore some of the area’s top attractions. There are also several good restaurants nearby, and the hotel’s own restaurant is decent. Breakfast was enjoyable and a nice start to the day. "Still very new so there wasn’t a lot of stuff and we were the only people on the property so the service wasn’t the best in terms of quality. The property was clean but maybe a little unkept because of the lack of traction/traffic. Felt safe "

"Our 7 night stay was great! The room was clean, the location is walking distance to everything and it has 24 hour security. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and was only a text away if we had any questions. Highly recommend if you want to experience Jamaica and its culture. We will be back "
