"Excellent location (right across the street from the beach). There were chairs and umbrellas to use and enjoy at the beach. The warm pool area on-site was so relaxing. Free parking was easy in - easy out. The little apartment was exactly what I expected and was pleased with the cleanliness of the entire facility. The managers were excellent and extremely professional and helpful. Will definitely book here again! "

"very nice property in a quite area. everything is in good condotion, the pool is nice (although very shallow), washing machine, nespresso coffee machine beach towels,,, the only thing is that although we made a reservation for 7 the apartment wasnt ready for 7 people, the sofa bed was dirty when we opened it and we didnt have bed sheets for the sofa bed. We tried to make contact with the after hors assistance (we arrived late) but there was no answer. We eneded up 3 (2 adults 1 child) sleeping...

The location is extremely convenient. It’s just a couple of blocks from the beach, with complimentary beach towels, loungers, and umbrellas included, which is a major value. The beachfront boardwalk/walking path makes it easy to walk to Bal Harbour and Fontainebleau, and having both Walgreens and CVS...
