"The hotel airport shuttle situation is a bit inconvenient, but the staff was very kind and helped us order a taxi for a very early trip to the airport. We booked a room with a mountain view, and I was blown away at how beautiful it was! The room was clean, comfortable, and contemporary. The whole vibe of the hotel is really cool, and it made my overnight stay during a long layover truly feel like part of my vacation. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. "Très bon séjour, la chambre étais propre et spacieuse. Toilette à la japonaise top ! Super bien placé, à 10 minutes de marche de la plage la plus proche. Beaucoup de belles balades à faire dans les environs. L'arrêt de bus juste devant l'hôtel. Et pour un événement au Inspire Arena c'est très bien placé ! 15 minutes en bus, environ 30-40 minutes à pied (en suivant la route principale)."

"It was a beautiful room, check in and check out went smoothly, some translation apps needed but went okay nonetheless! Nice convenience store close by, essentially next door. Did not realize breakfast must be ordered the night before, which js unfortunate bevause it smelled delicious, but my mistake! Also the caprese and champagne included in my booking was not brought to the room or offered at check in, although I realistically could have gone to ask. Was not super worried about getting it...
