"Overall the hotel staffs are very friendly, speaks fluent English and always with a smile. My room excess cards doesn't work so i went down to the reception again. One of the male staff who is standing nearby the check-in counter was very helpful and kind. He assisted me by walking me up to lift and room to double check excess cards. He was very considerable to advise me to stay in the room and he will walk (quite far and its a long walk) back to reception and send me new cards later. The...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, even going as far as helping make sure my wifi was set up correctly. The location is peaceful, and the large bathtub was nice for relaxing before a long flight. They offer a personal airport shuttle service for a small fee, which was very nice because the bus is a far walk away when you have luggage. I recommend this hotel highly and would definitely stay again. "
