Great room. Clean and comfortable. Tough to find check in area. Room said penthouse with ocean view. It was on the 16th floor out of 32 floors and the ocean view was a small sliver of a view from a long distance away. This was misleading information.

The city is clean and hotel room is so clean. You can buy anything shops in 1st floor. Also you can find some restaurants around here.

The hotel is close by the train station, bus stop and airport there restaurants , coffee shops and convenient stores right down stairs from the hotel. The room was nice with kitchen and washer machine. Very nice view the only thing I didn't like that the hotel is central air conditioning so you can't set the thermostat they told us that between the months of October until July they have it on heating and July until October its on cooling. We went on the month of April and the room was hot we open the windows and they provided a small fan. Other then that everything was nice

Loved it so much, ready to stay again long-term!

Wow, they're not kidding when November Stay says you get an entire apartment. This place is not a hotel in the traditional sense. It feels like a studio apartment (officetel) building that couldn't get enough buyers, so they quickly repurposed it into a "hotel". Brilliant! We stayed in the Deluxe Studio Suite, which was suitable for our family of three (our third is a toddler). The closet and chests of drawers were attractive and spacious. The veranda was a nice area to relax and have a quiet Zoom meeting while my family were on the other side of the glass doors. We only stayed a few nights and think our room would have felt a bit cramped if we had stayed much longer. But if you're young, single and low-maintenance, this place is perfect! Interesting area! A subway station is a block away. There's a large handful of businesses on the first three floors of the building that includes restaurants, a nail salon, an indoor kids playground, a convenience store, and a jujitsu school!. I enjoyed jogging at the nearby park in the mornings. We loved staying here! And we're so thankful to the kind staff!!! We left a shopping bag full of gifts in our room when we checked out. November Stay didn't have our contact info because we had booked through Hotels.com. Still, the front desk persisted in finding my info in order to let me know about what happened. We're so appreciative of them going the extra mile for their guests.

Stayed in 2 bedroom penthouse, expected clean and operational appliances. Cabinets and counters wiped down but just smeared surfaces, stove not working, had to figure out how to reset stove, bidet not working, reported to front counter, didn’t fix or visit the room to repair, stayed 7 days. Didn’t clean room or dump garbage, when inquired was told clean every 7 days or if requested by going to front counter.

Staff was helpless with me! I arrived earlier and they didnt tell me how can i store my luggage. They just pointed out a place and let me do it by myself. I dont speak korean so i didnt know where to store my luggage as it wasnt in english as far as i remember. i had to take it with me, outside the building which made me have a bad experience

송도에 볼 일이 자주 있을 때 집을 구하자니 아깝고, 호텔에 머무르기는 불편해서 싫을 때 자주 이용하는 오피스텔 형 숙소에요. 3층 로비에 가면 어반스테이, 랜드마크스테이, 노벰버스테이, 모두의 스테이였나? 다 모여있는데 방들은 다 거기서 거기에요. 그 방구조를 어떻게 꾸며놨느냐의 차이일 뿐인데, 랜드마크 스테이는 안에 구조가 잘 되어있고, 어반스테이는 비품이 편하게 구비되어 있는 반면 전체적으로 욕실 줄눈들이 노랗고 지저분해서 사용할 수록 별로이고, 노벰버의 경우는 평범하고 가성비가 좋은 대신에 관리하시는 아주머님들이 청소 할 공간은 많은데 시간이 없으셨는지 눈에 보이는 것들만 정리를 하고 나가신 방을 만나는 경우가 많아요. 그래서 가끔은 먼지가 쌓여있거나, 주방 벽면에 음식물이 튀어 있다거나, 화장실 나방같은게 돌아다니거나, 냄새가 난다거나, 바닥에 물티슈로 닦으면 그냥 닦이는 것들이 있다거나 하기도 하는데 그냥 이 오피스텔 형 숙소 네 군데가 가의 다 그래서 솔직히 별 차이들은 없어요. 딱 하나 노벰버는 체크인 기계가 따로 있어서 늦게 체크인을 해야 할 때 번거롭게 업체에 전화를 해야 할 필요가 없어서 그게 네 군데 중에 가장 편한 부분이에요.
