"The room they gave was first floor on top of the kitchen all the cooking smell in the room each night music and noisy till 2 am so if you want to sleep forget about we complained each day and especially when they know we are Expedia they ignored us. In addition very poor breakfast and they make a fraud the coffee that we took in breakfast they charge for it on the 4th day and no one informed us that breakfast coffee is extra and we get charged 140$ for breakfast coffee. "Hotel was ok. Looking a bit tired after having been here when it first opened about 9 years ago. Breakfast could be improved using local yoghurt & fresh fruit. The jetty was not manned whilst we were there. A few maintenance issues in room. Toilet roll holder loose, bathroom tap needs fixing, Wi-Fi very intermittent. Kettle, tea & coffe missing in rooms. For a 4 star hotel, these items are necessary. "

"Friendly receptionist, use Google translate. Room was basic, clean, plenty of towels, firm bed. No AC, need to have ceiling fan / light in bedroom. Great for short stay in Turgutreis, and for night before ferry. Would use again."

"No elevator so stairs up and down but 2 floors. Also, this hotel is NOT on the beach, but only a 4 minute walk to the beach and nestled inside the shopping area in Turgutreis. Air conditioner worked great, shower and bath was modern and nice. Bed was OK too. We had a room with a queen and a twin, we used the twin to store our luggage. Not a huge room, but totally adequate for our needs. Owner operators were very kind and helpful with excellent language skills and very accomodating. Recommend."
