"The hotel is good for a budget hotel. Nice location on the beach, plenty of free parking but is very basic and quite tired."

"Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away."

"The breakfast menu was fresh and the staff was helpful. It’s a great place to use the night before your travel on Le Shuttle. Super dog friendly with little gift pack for our dog. I would definitely recommend . "

"I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place "
