"The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

"We loved how close the hotel was to the beach, it made getting around so easy. The room itself could use some updating, though. The bathroom mirror was gone, only one lightbulb worked, and the tub had noticeable staining. It didn’t feel dirty, just heavily used. We stayed for five nights, and overall it was fine, just not as clean or modern as we’re used to. We loved having the full kitchen and living area. "Room was very stylish, clean, and well-appointed. Excellent location near the beach and walking distance to restaurant area. Some unpleasant-looking stains on the pool bottom and sides. Was not in the main hotel building I was led to believe, but in a small annex across the street. Disappointing because the hotel exterior decor is one of the reasons I chose this place. "
