"Our room overlooked the intercostal. The view was about the only thing worthy of saying anything good about. After the first two young ladies checked us in, the staff either wouldn’t say anything at all to us or generally just ignore us as we passed by. The room was one of, maybe the worst I’ve ever stayed in. From the walls being messed up to the shower tile being pieced together with a shower curtain that doesn’t fit so water spill out into the floor, etc. we had stayed here before and had hoped for it and wanted to believe it was actually “renovated”. It has not been, in any sense of the word. Needless to say it’s our last time staying here. "

"Gorgeous view, wish the property had a better pool side outdoor bar and menu. It was lacking a lot. Think with all the cars there, self Parking for guests there should be security. Any one can drive in and access our vehicles. Also anyone can drive in and park and access pool and the beach. For the Don and the prices they need to up their game in these areas. "

"Rooms were dated and poor layout. Most elevators were out of service and the paddle boats were also not working. They had an area to feed the ducks but it was covered in bird poop over everything. The on site food was sub par for the cost and that is coming from Chicago level pricing. Fairly nice lobby and hotel bar but other than that it was pretty dingy and a lot of maintenance issues we were told work was being done but only saw them working on thoae issues 2 of the 5 days. The staff were friendly and accomodating for the most part and the sister resort down the beach was nice with campfire for smores and cool aquarium in the restaurant for the kids."

"Convenient located near the beach. Our room was spacious with great amenities like a kitchenette, couch, little table and huge TV. They provide all that you need for a day at the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler etc. it made a day at the beadb so fun and easy. Randy is helpful and super friendly. Highly recommend. "
