"Beach bar and location was awesome. Rooms were nice and staff was extremely friendly. The beach itself was beautiful and fun with was access from the hotel. Umbrellas and lounge chairs were included with the room which is great."

"There was no hot water in the shower. The tv didn’t work. I went to the front desk and the person told me to unplug the tv. And he didn’t have any other solution. And they generally didn’t care about guest service. Would never stay there again. "

"We’ve loved this property for years, which makes this review disappointing to write. While the renovations are clearly needed, the current experience does not justify the high price. During our last two stays, our rooms were noticeably worn and in disrepair. At the same time, much of the property is under active construction, with limited visual barriers and an overall unfinished feel. Blocked walkways force guests to walk through parking areas to reach beach access, which detracts from the experience. Renovations are understandable, but pricing should reflect the conditions. This level of disruption should also be disclosed at booking so guests can make informed decisions. We hope to return once updates are complete."
