"Room was clean. The Yellow Fin does not have much of a selection on the menu. Did not like that The coffee shop closes at 11:00 am. After that you have to make your own coffee in your room. The pool waitress Collette Crooks was excellent very friendly and attentive. Our room was on the second floor which had no ice machine. Not happy with having to get on the elevator to go to the first floor for ice especially at night."

"The comforter and shower curtain liner didn’t appear to be very clean. Also, we’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t do basic maintenance to the rooms. We requested new towels at 8am so we could have clean ones to shower with and by the time we got back at 4pm they weren’t outside our door so we had to request them again. We had to request new bed sheets to make our bed feel clean again. Lastly, the sink didn’t drain. Everything else about the property was great."

"Well, the room description doesnt state that there are a lot of very steep stairs to climb. I currently have mobility issues related to a fracture to my tibia i sustained last December. I called the resort on the way there to ask about a cancelation related to parking possibly being an issue. Note that at that time i wasnt even aware of the stairs to get to the room.
