"das zimmer war sehr schön und gross. leider war kein Kingsize bett enthalten sondern zwei einzelne Betten die schnell auseinander gleiten. die Lautstärke von schreienden Kindern und dem benachbarten Hard Rock Hotel waren manchmal störend. Das Personal war stets höflich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war auch ausserordentlich sehr früh möglich. mir fehlte eine schuhbürste da die Insel sehr staubig ist."

"We had a wonderful week at this hotel that opened earlier this year. We stayed in a Junior suite sea view room (115) with a swim up pool. The room was spacious and our terrace had full sun all day. But what is really unique is that this beach is very well protected from the waves which are quite strong sometimes. While many other neighbour beaches were closed ours was open. "Beautiful setting and overall a relaxing stay at Bahía del Duque. The pools are stunning, the staff incredibly friendly, and the resort grounds are lovely. However, the kids club could definitely be improved — it wasn’t very engaging — and the cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t quite up to 5-star standard.
