The resort was good, but the food was not good, two years ago we stayed at the hotel, the food was better and the other rest.closed the buffet 1 hour and 15 min. after arrival, and the foos was boring too

Very Nice hotel. Mediocre food

Hotel is very good and service is excellent. Drinks are decent considering its all inclusive. Food is nothing special.

CONS: I'm very big on food and I just wasn't pleased with meals here. I've eaten at many all inclusive resorts and this was my least favorite. No beach access (very disappointing) No late night sports bar PROS: Loved the adult only pool. The nightly entertainment was decent. The self serve beer/wine stations were cool.

Nice stay

Nice stay. Big hotel with lot of activities which we enjoyed fx work out, music and more. Most restaurants are ok, but we did not like the grill restaurant. There are drinks to have everywhere. I think this is perfect for families with children.

The property is wonderful. The staff are their with smiles on doing a wonderful job . Food service the best. Each restaurant was a pleasure to dine in. Front desk always there to help. Room cleaned everyday. Riu fit staff excellent.

Good hotel. Beware sunbed reserving!

Very clean hotel and room. All staff very friendly and helpful, without fail. Food pretty reasonable, just a bit repetitive after a week of being there. Entertainment ok, good some nights, not so good others. Overall good. Only bad thing is that you have to be awake ridiculously early to reserve a poolside sunbed.

Hotel great but they need to stop people ‘reserving’ sun beds from 6am onwards, it was really ridiculous, no sun beds left by 9am and hardly anyone in sight - but all the beds covered with towels. It made the hotel feel like a cheap 1 star motel rather than anything high end. Disappointed overall because of this.

Good place for a family get away

A well equipped, huge hotel in a beautiful location. The room was spacious and clean (chose the 2 bedroom family suite). The only complain is the glass wall of the bathroom, meaning when the kids slept in the bedroom next to the bathroom we could not shower with the lights on, because the light would wake them up. Otherwise everything felt like new, or maximum a couple years old, all functioning well. Food is plenty, and as the name suggests all inclusive. Even with our kids who are picky about food we were able to find something to eat all the time. Pools are nice, although not all of them are heated. The kids & baby pool area is great in my view. We enjoyed our stay and we would come back in a couple years again!

We like everything . What we dont like was the ebookers who made a mistake with our reservation. We book for 2 adults and 2 childs and ebookers(expedia), send wrong information to the hotel. They send 2 infants instead of childs. Dont book with them.
