"What a very pretty property! We loved our triple room and also in a great location. Nice quiet area near Peggy Guggenheim museum, and a close walk to St Marks area. "

"The most magical hotel i’ve ever stayed in. We got the canal suite and it was well worth the money, huge, stunning, the views of the canal were breathtaking and the suite was massive with historical charm! Only thing missing was robes in the room. 10/10 will be back!!!! "

"Excellent quiet little guest house hotel with friendly, accommodating staff and comfortable rooms. Great location in San Polo with all the classic sights within 30 minutes walking distance. Rooftop terrace, air conditioning, good shower and mini fridge with complimentary water. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Muy lindo hotel, limpio y bien ubicado , personal muy amable. No me gusta mucho la idea que la recepción esté cerrada después de las 5pm , aunque no hubo ningún inconveniente , como huéspedes da más seguridad saber que hay alguien disponible. Lo demás todo excelente."

"Nice staff, bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Comfortable and spacious hotel suite literally an arm's throw from the Grand Canal. No lifts if you need help getting up stairs although I did see a chairlift! Quite hard to find in a narrow alley-street off a side street - and don't bring too much luggage as you will climb over the Rialto bridge several times. Overall though, highly recommended.."

"It was nice and quiet, but walkable to everything we did. Tucked right off one of the main streets so lots of options available nearby. "

"Staff very friendly, room comfortable with much needed air con. Breakfast good, enough not great options but kept us going. Location Excellent. The pic on website overlooking canal is misleading as it doesn’t, but this is a great little hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable right in the middle of Venice. Definitely be back."

"Very nice room for a family of 4. Everyone had their own bed, which was our main concern. Fabio at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived at the property with our water taxi and arranged for our luggage to be brought up to our rooms. The room itself was in the next building over, which wasn’t a big deal. The only thing we noticed was that particular stairwell was super stuffy and smelled rather fishy (but with the hotel on a canal, I don’t know if that could be helped). Overall, a...

"Lovely hotel! Walking distance to many nice places in Venice, especially the square! Friendly staff and love the hotel vibe. We are also very glad that they have a lift so we don't struggle with our luggage. 😅 Bonus - spacious room! Highly recommended. "
