Large room, Super clean & comfy Our view was awesome; sunset, canal, tiny church. It’s near 2 vaporetto stations (accademia & zattere) Breakfast was filling Staffs were helpful Elevator availble Heater functional Relatively safe !!!complimentary drinks included!!! "The room was perfect for what we needed. It’s quite rare to find a property with a double and two single beds. The breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day, and the hostess was really helpful with local information. I would recommend this place if wanting to visit Venice, we prefer escaping the bustle of the centre and escaping by water taxi to this quieter location for the night. The nearby restaurants and bars were great."

"Location is fantastic. We had a room with 2 Juliette balconies and it was great to look down on a busy gondola route right below. A few steps from St Marks Sq. Close to shops and amenities. Only negatives were that it needed small bits of maintenance like the lock on door and some TLC on the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. "

"Muy bonito, muy cómodo, desayuno muy rico. Se encuentra un poco alejado del centro. Pero se puede llegar facilmente caminando y cruzando en gondola por 2 euros. Sin problema! Todo excelente"

"Very nice hotel. It was a bit difficult to get our luggage upstairs, but that’s understandable since Venice can be challenging to navigate with bags. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. They also held our luggage after checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our morning without having to carry it around."
