Check in was easy and the staff were incredibly helpful after a long day of travel and went above and beyond to assure we had a water taxi to deliver us directly to the hotel dock! They also allow you to store your luggage for free after check out which is a huge bonus! Would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Venice! "
