"I have never seen a room so poorly maintained. They tried to silicone over mold/mildew in the tub, cuts in the wallpaper, paint peeling on the ceiling, loose toilet seat, dresser drawers so tight you couldn't use them. All the flags out front were horribly tattered. If you're not going to maintain these flags, then remove them!! It is a huge disgrace to the flag as well as the Countries they represent. Horribly disappointed, would never go back!!"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy. Would have been nice to know before booking how small the room was, found out after booking but luckily we were only there one night so it was ok. Offered us towels if we went to the hot springs, it is a code used for the door which was great, didn’t have to worry about a card or key.
