Outdoor guest hot springs pool was very nice. We had been informed that other hot springs pools would be closed for maintenance which was fine as it was cool and rainy. We wanted to use pool soon after arrival and did not realize that there were towels and robes that we could have used in the closet.

All staff were very accommodating. especially Erin from the BearsPaw Grill restaurant, we enjoyed the food and service so much that we came back for dinner again the next day. I visited Fairmont Hot Springs Resort on a whim 2 years ago, this September will be my 6th visit. excellent amenities, excellent service, excellent value. 5/5. I highly recommend giving this Resort a try!

Our stay was okay, but I felt we were not informed on most of the facilities and what was available to us and our children. (Perhaps because we booked through a third party?) Our suite was clean and the beds were comfortable, though the lodge is very dated. The kitchenette was just very basic and the supplies were minimal. Bring everything you need and it will work fine. I did appreciate the clean linens and towels and adult robes for the pools. The kids had fun, but I'd probably not book again for the price paid. The scenery is superb.
