"My friend and I stayed here to go to Grey Day and it was absolutely amazing!! The staff were incredible! They have a shuttle if you plan on going to a concert. The people working the shuttle are actual lifesavers! Rather than spending hundreds of dollars on Uber or Lyft, we spent $35 per person for there and back. My friend accidentally brought her water bottle with us and since we couldn’t take it in with us, Candace, one of the drivers, offered to hold on to it for her. On our way back, the driver made sure we were all okay and comfortable. She gave us water, snacks, and even took us to sheetz to get food. After she dropped us off at the hotel, my friend’s water bottle was waiting for her at the front desk. Overall, I’m absolutely amazed and mind blown with how everything went during our stay :)"

"The historic charm of The Morgan Hotel cannot be ignored. Walking into the ballroom felt magical, something between Hogwarts and a fairytale where I could easily envision a Cinderella style wedding. The staff went above and beyond with their politeness and knowledge of the local area, making us feel both welcomed and well cared for. The valet service was equally outstanding, very accommodating and genuinely polite. Our room was spacious with a wonderful retro feel that added another layer of character to our stay. It is a place that makes you smile with its old world touches blended with modern comfort. Being right next to West Virginia University, the area is filled with college students, yet every student we encountered was polite, respectful, and simply going about their day. The energy of the town mixed with the historic elegance of the hotel created a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend The Morgan Hotel to anyone visiting Morgantown, whether for history, comfort, or just a special getaway we would definitely stay there again"

"The staff was so kind and helpful. There was an issue with my room and the woman at the front desk got me switched and made sure everything was ok with my new room. I also forgot to bring something and at 5 AM the woman at the front desk offered to bring it to me so I didn’t have to walk to her. "
