"Pros: great air conditioning and plenty of space. Staff very friendly. Cons: pull out couch was dirty and uncomfortable. Lost hot water for one of my showers. "

"It was bad for us, room was very clean and all the things are excellent, but the bed sheets were bad, the it was clean but caused itchy to myself and my wife. Very itchy. We did not complain to the front desk was we were very tired and slept, my kids were tired and slept."

"We came to enjoy the pool during spring break with our two small kids and found so much more to explore! We live a little over an hour away in the downtown Pittsburgh area. Great food (we are at Trace and Skyline), friendly staff, great breakfast sandwich + good coffee at the coffee shop! We loved the zoo so much that we visited twice - we paid for the extra animal experience at the zoo the first day we went, hours were a little short so this took up most of our visit, but was worth EVERY penny for the kids!! We loved how extended the indoor pool hours were, esp cause that was the #1 request from the kids! Lots of beautiful outdoor space too! We can’t wait to come back in full summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and for the Christmas lights! "

"I booked a stay in a handicap accessible room, with a tub. I have a snydrome that makes standing for showers difficult and prefer a tub. We received a room with a shower. No problem, it was one night. The staff was friendly, breakfast delicious and the mattresses nice."
