"I would stay again. A few TLC items need some attention, but overall, it is well-lit at night and in a safe area. It was also quiet (beyond the fireworks). Our beds were clean and comfortable. Reception informed me about the shuttle service to the casino, which made returning after the show less stressful. For the price, the 2-bedroom suite was affordable. "Pro: Great staff who were friendly, efficient and helpful. Great location. Con: Queen bed felt like a full bed with very thin covers and small pillows. Very thin walls so you can hear your neighbors tv like it’s in your own room. Breakfast was sorta nonexistent and the fruit selection was brown bananas. Clean which we appreciated but we wouldn’t stay again."

"Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account."

The location was convenient for getting around Spokane and close to the airport. Overall, a pleasant and stress-free stay. we would definitely stay here again!"

"Wasn't impressed with the breakfast it was like gas station quality. The hard boiled eggs were in a bag packaged that way... not even close to fresh. Only instant oatmeal. They did have a waffle maker but overall I would give it a 1 star for food. Especially if that's why you pay for more expensive hotel. The middle aged lady from the front desk was giving everyone the evil eye as they ate breakfast especially the team of players that were there. I stayed here years ago and don't again."

"Hot tub was broken. Floors and bathroom were not super clean. When showering, you can't maintain a nice temperature. It is either hot or cold. Breakfast was decent, but both mornings we were there I saw homeless people come up to breakfast. Homeless people hung around outside. It didn't feel super safe. We got two queen beds and the beds are more like doubles."

So when I got there I took off the sheets to check the mattresses. Started with taking off sheets and comforter, both beds had mattress protectors on them that had food and hair all over them, then took off the mattress protectors. "We had a wonderful stay at Oxford Suites Downtown Spokane. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring.
