We did not get a king size bed, we did not get any information about amenities and the in hotel food was not hot and the care was very haphazard. This was a very disappointing experience. "We must’ve been below the gym, because it was like people were wrestling until 11 pm and again early in the morning. Terrible. I tried to call the front desk after an hour of thumping, but there was no answer. Absurd we were stuck in that room. The hotel wasn’t very busy."

"Never stayed in the room as when we were checking in we found out the pool wasn’t operational which was the reason we booked it in the first place. Staff was very helpful in recommending a different hotel in the area that had a working pool. By looking at the lobby everything looked very clean and new."

"Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location"

"The room is very noisy, the bed is not comfortable. The food was good. There is not enough parking for everyone and I am handicap, so it was an issue. I have stayed at better Marriott hotels and will not return to this one. "
