"Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are very small, slightly larger than a cruise ship cabin, but it is New York. The bathrooms are also very tiny and tight. However, why floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows when in such close proximity to other buildings? Curtains almost completely drawn all the time (unless clothed!) as a result. "This hotel was fantastic. Right in the heart of Times Square. Room was quiet, clean, and perfect for our mother/daughter trip. Staff was quick and efficient with any requests. For a small space it was full of big amenities. Shower was great with amazing water pressure. The iPad control for the room was easy to use and so convenient. Literally steps from Broadway and the subway. Will definitely stay here again. 10/10"
