"First thing…this is not a hotel in the standard sense…more like a hostel with a shared common area. if you want more privacy you may be ok with one of the stand alone casitas. Also our room had no hot water except a suicide shower so just be aware. Check-in was more like a condo with a key box. not really a big deal just wasn’t ready for that. "I LOVED this hotel BUT we never saw a single staff member in our 2 night stay. Check in and check out was done virtually. Upload all your information and they will send you your unit and code. Unfortunately with travelling I missed that info. It did say they had check in during regular hours so I didn’t worry about anything.
