"I stayed here for three days to visit friend's house near by. The room was horrible and dusty when I checked-in late at the first night, but I ordered the receptionist to clean up the dirty room the first thing in the morning after that clean and cozy till the last day. The reception is open for 24 hours. The receptionists are kind and friendly. The environment is also good and safe. Very convenient. "

"部屋の壁が薄いのが本当に最悪でした。 隣の部屋の人が1時過ぎに帰宅、その後ずっと話し声が聞こえました。 2時過ぎに耐えられなくなってレセプションに連絡したらすぐ確認して対応してくれたのは良かったです。が、その翌日は喘ぎ声まで聞こえてきて………ちょうどシャワーを浴びに行こうと思ってたところだったので良かったのですが気分は良くない体験ですね。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋も広く、駅にも近く、ご飯を食べる場所もたくさんあってそれ以外は本当に満足だったのですが、残念ながらここにまた泊まるのは躊躇します。。"

"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"
