"Amazing property. Extremely clean, everything felt brand new. The beach club is the best part of the stay! Very relaxing, quiet place to stay. The staff greeted us every time we left in the morning and when we would come back later in the day. I especially appreciated that the elevators had a nice security touch and you cannot click your room floor unless you scan your guest key card. Loved that! Highly recommend this property."

"Only one night stay overall excellent, except I checked in little past 4 and was given a Special needs room I did not requested,gave me issues saying was the only room left , I was not happy at all, bathroom size was huge, after a while we were downgraded to room with only 1 king and the sofa bed, I had to take even if the room rate should be cheaper. Pool was closed due to weather, bummer we were looking forward to enjoy at least that, however Oak & Stone rooftop restaurant was still open and...

The furniture had grime on it hadn’t been wiped down, the sheets smelled like pure bleach, The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes, there was black, mold all over the ceiling, the king mattress was invented on one side. I felt like I was laying on a bridge all night, when you turn I hear bad at the entire bed slides, the mattress was not sitting on a bed frame. The front staff was completely confused upon...

"First got there, they demanded a $100 deposit, which i was already aware of but the attitude was horrible. We got to our room and it was dirty, trash everywhere and the bed un made so we got moved to a different room, which was clean but the lights didn’t work, wifi was out, and the toilet didn’t flush.. the hand was completely broken.. so we just left cause it was 2hrs already and it was getting frustrating."

"The room was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I had to go buy raid to defend myself from the roaches. I had to spray every day to keep them away. The bed was comfortable and room was neat, but them roaches kept appearing every day and night."

"Very little unsecure parking spaces. A lot of construction. The room had acceptable air conditioning. There were no cleaning services offered in the 9 days I was there. During my 9 day stay and three rooms later, they finally found a room that the phone worked. Family trying to contact me could never get anybody to answer the main phone to transfer to me. I had to go to the main desk and find somebody to use their phone. Not a very pleasant experience for the almost $1,000 I spent at this hotel"

"Staff was indifferent, was on a personal phone call for 5 minutes before he acknolged I was standing at the counter in front of him. He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people. Parking was easy."

"I got a room with roaches but they switched me up thankfully. People live in this place and it's very weird and the outside was kinda crazy. Wouldnt be back if I had to. Hopefully this review helps."

"I purchased this hotel and bought the protection just in case. Even though it doesn’t seem to matter. I purchased this room because it had a jetted tub well when speaking with front desk they did not have any available. I want a full refund as we did not stay due to no jetted tub. I have been waiting for someone to return my phone call since I spoke with front desk. Have not heard a single thing back. I am very disappointed in this. How are you gonna take my money when I didn’t even stay. "

"Expensive for the actual experience. No breakfast/coffee only. We are not coffee drinkers. Room was outdated and showed signs of wear. Fine if you're just in and out overnight and then on your way...but not comfortable for a longer stay."
