We called multiple times in advance to let them know of our early morning arrival time, and did book the night before knowing that the room may not be available upon our arrival in the next morning. "This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained.
