The place is exceptional. Staff is nice, room was clean, accessible to downtown. There's just random people knocking on your door at night asking to enter your room so just make sure to double lock. The place could use a security staff at night.

Overall, our stay was good! The room was comfortable. We actually showed up a day early, very late at night, but the front desk lady was so kind and helpful—she made sure we could stay in the same room since we already had a reservation for the next day, which we really appreciated. The location is also great and very convenient. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel is very basic, and for the price point that is expected and okay, Housekeeping staff were very friendly and cleaned when you asked. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating to me. It was Coachella week and the hotel was insanely busy with the cast of characters that event brings to town, so a little patience and a smile went a long way with a very demanding and frenetic crowd. Kudos to them! Would stay again.

The young man at front desk was super friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. Room was clean and basic but exactly what we needed. AC stayed cool and WiFi was solid. An extra pillow, hair dryer and iron were available on request. Pool was cool and refreshing! Great location.

Staff was excellent. Complex was clean. Only issue was the sink leaked. We had belongings under the sink as space was limited. My moon boots and bag they were in got soaked. Didn’t file a complain as didn’t realize until last day (rushing out for Coachella). Meant to inform front staff but attendant was occupied with customer and we just wanted to get to Coachella asap so left my mind when returned the keys. Luckily, it was my furry moon boots and not my suede boots.

The room was clean but on the smaller side and a bit worn down—it could definitely use a makeover. That said, the staff truly made the stay. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite, professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly. It was also nice having a fridge and microwave in the room, which was very convenient. The location is great as well—easy access to downtown and nearby attractions. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the amazing staff and convenient location.
