"The best hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to El Paseo with all the restaurants and shopping. There’s a great spa and fitness centre plus two choices of where to eat. Parking is super easy and safe. The pool is fantastic and we loved the food and bar. "

"Stayed in the 3 bed villa which had a wonderfully spacious shared space and full kitchen. Area was clean and the location was central and a walk to the nearby restaurants. Some of the beds could use an upgrade. However, for the price, this place was unbeatable. "

"This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property. On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like. For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. "The staff was super attentive and helpful with all of my needs for the weekend from getting extra towels, the cleaning services, along with the fresh breakfast everyday. The air conditioning was perfect whether I need to warm up or cool down during the evenings. "
