Hotel Keluarga di Palm Desert

"I travel and critique lots of places and things. The staff at this resort is above and beyond excellent from the Front Desk person Jim, the Bartender Adam, Wait Staff Robyn, they are all above and beyond what you have in some 5 star resorts. The only thing slightly negative about this resort is the deferred maintenance. The resorts been there a long time. All old things need updating.. Yes I will tell others to go and experience this asset in Desert Hot Springs"

"Spacious rooms, beautiful location with great views, good amenities. It would have been nice to have a restaurant on the premises, but there were only eating opportunities by the pools and a market place for snacks and other needs. The pools were lovely, but the music sometimes too loud. The gym was partly old, but open 24 hours, which is great."
