"When I’m in Palm Desert, this is where I go. I don’t ever want to go anywhere else. It’s a cute boutique hotel with an amazing restaurant. Pillow and sheets are high end. Bath amenities are from Diptique. I mean, C’mon! Parking is so easy. And Indian Wells is quiet. Downside, the pool had some insects. I guess it’s because it’s almost summer. The Jacuzzi had strong bubble and hot hot. You’ll love it here "

"The resort was lovely, clean and well cared for. Location was perfect. Sadly, we got a room overlooking the garbage dumpsters. I guess somebody has to get that room, but it was kind of an awful view. Strangely, the gentleman who checked in my husband told him he had upgraded our room. The room is exactly what we paid for with a horrific view."

"Way overpriced for the state of this property. Cheap coffee in the room, not replenished daily. shower not really working. Restaurant terrible. If you like motel 6 this is a place for you"

"House keeping was very considerate. I would like breakfast to be kept open 1 more hour. Vacation is vacation, so breakfast at 10am is not unusual. "

"Upon arrival it tool over 20 min to pull up my reservation. The concierge was very friendly and helpful, but still I had to stand and wonder at 11:30PM if I have a room to stay at that night. During breakfast, food was fresh, but tables not cleaned up. When I walked in for breakfast, 2 tables occupied, 4 or 5 dirty, remaining 2 in direct sunlight. "

"Our family stayed there 5 days and they didn’t clean our room even once, called the front desk, requested cleaning and nothing, day three we stopped by front desk and requested cleaning again and again nothing. So we gave up and asked for bunch of clean towels I don’t think we will stay there again "

"We loved this property and will be back for sure! The villa was spacious, clean and had every little detail you can think of. Registration staff was very efficient, the hotel let us use the property amenities hours before our check-in as well as after checkout. Definitely fans! "
