"Wow! I was a little skeptical at first when I was driving up, but when I checked in with Victoria, she was very helpful. She was very courteous and also recommended a couple restaurants that I went to. When I open my my hotel room. I was not expecting what I saw. It was huge very clean. Had a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. I definitely will be back. Great job deep Canyon."

"The hotel is not kept up. Broken elevators, broken pieces to outside games they offer. Rooms are in bad shape. Torn furniture and drapes. Refrigerator did not work. Staff was nice but not responsive. I am shocked that Hilton has their name on this place. It’s a good price but below normal standards and I can’t believe people would rate this place a 10! "

"It was hot when we traveled so the room a/c struggled at times. The paper products where not high quality in the room. However the location and amenities are great and the room was clean and accommodating for my stay"

"The resort was lovely, clean and well cared for. Location was perfect. Sadly, we got a room overlooking the garbage dumpsters. I guess somebody has to get that room, but it was kind of an awful view. Strangely, the gentleman who checked in my husband told him he had upgraded our room. The room is exactly what we paid for with a horrific view."
