"This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "

"Great accomodation and walking distance to public transportation and heart of Milan. The staff are very helpful and friendly. No elevators so bit of a challenge going upstairs with heavy luggages as the stairs are narrow. Quiet location for a great rest at night even with open windows. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Milan."

"We stayed in Montenapoleone on the 5th floor. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly, the room was big, clean and air conditioned. The location was perfect, just behind the Duomo and a few minutes walk from La Scala opera house. Highly recommend."

"I am aware we have no control over the weather but to have the air conditioning not working which makes the room a furnace and basically impossible to sleep at night is poor. When asked about back up options in relation to a fan to help my family sleep at night I didn’t get an answer back… Its unfortunate as the property was nice and clean just a shame the experience of no air conditioning and no other options for a cool room hampered the trip"

"We had a great stayed at Senato Hotel Milan, beautiful and very clean small boutique hotel, beautiful foyer and nice outdoor garden, good size room, nice bed and very clean room, very good breakfast. All staff were very nice and friendly. It’s in a good location you can walk to the stores, restaurants etc, we highly recommend Senato hotel Milan. We will stay again if we’ll have the opportunity in the future."
