"Perfect for our 1st time stay in Venice. Spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very clean, modern, and great location! Room had views of the Venice alley ways and canal, pretty cool! We took a private boat that pulled right up to the lobby, also very cool! Staff was great and very helpful. Highly recommend this place! "

"Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. "

"This traditional hotel has six superior rooms. The breakfast is an excellent continental choice. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We were directed to recommended restaurants and directions to places of interest. A short distance away from St Marks Square it is situated in a quiet area but a water buses stop at the end of the road."

"The only saving grace about this hotel was its location (right on the Rialto bridge). The staff was friendly. You have to make your breakfast choices a day before. Every extra food item would cost money. you also have the tell them the time you will be there for your breakfast and they will pre-set the table for you with the choices you made. If you are late then your food is pretty much lying there open on the table!! The sofa bed was TERRIBLE. The room cleaning/ house keeping was sub par at...
