The check in was very efficient and they called us beforehand to make sure our driver knew directions - when we arrived there was someone waiting for us before the road to the hotel (as its pedestrian only) they took our luggage and it was a premium service. "I put easy parking because you will park in a lot and then take a free shuttle into town. However, then you have to tow your luggage around to Casa Turrisi and up a large flight of stairs to the reception up to your room on a tight staircase. The room was small but comfortable with a very compact bathroom that could use a good bleaching on the shower grout. It is quick walk to everywhere in town. "You cannot beat the view from this hotel of mount etna, the coast and Taormina from above - it was outstanding. You saw this from the restaurant, the infinity pool and also our room. It does mean you are above the town which requires a walk down a fair number of steps into town (and back up) or use of the free hourly hotel shuttle, but the walk is also beautiful and was very doable in October’s mild weather. "Clean, in the heart of old town perfect budget hotel. No bells and whistles, a clean place to sleep and shower. "

"Great location. The room was very clean and comfortable and offered complementary snacks and soft drinks. Parking was an issue as I had to park offsite but it was probably only about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the hotel. It’s only an issue because I had two rolling suitcases. "Soggiorno fantastico. La struttura è accogliente, pulita, nuova e si trova in un'ottima posizione ( vicina a porta Catania). La camera è pulitissima, moderna, con arredi nuovi; il bagno nuovo e confortevole. I propietari, moglie e marito, sono stati gentilissimi, molto accoglienti, ci hanno messo a disposizione l'intera struttura e ci hanno dato anche degli ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno.
