"Easy to enjoy Old Montreal"

"The staff were exceptionally helpful. They tried their best but the rooms were very old and oddly placed. We could hear things through the walls. Stay for the location and the wonderful staff but don’t spend much time in the rooms."

Don't miss the rooftop which includes a spacious gym, steam, steam and outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful outdoor seating, lots of places to relax. This area is full of charming cafes and restaurants, short walk to the port. Highly recommended."

There was a lot of construction going on in the area, and the staff did not help show us what activities or things to do in the area, so we got lost a few times. Also we weren't told that the AC units weren't working and there was no other alternatives rooms were hot."

"Hotel is a boutique hotel. Cannot expect like other big chain hotels. For example, no room dining after 10 pm. Rooftop is beautiful, but have no drinks or food options upstairs. You can order at the restaurant at the lobby and then take it upstairs. Small bathrooms. If someone likes more of some view, request higher floor otherwise you will be looking at a wall from your window. Otherwise the hotel was clean and staff was helpful"
